Cory was born and raised just outside of Edmonton Alberta, St.Albert, before moving to Nanaimo, on Vancouver Island in the late nineties, where he resides with his family.

Cory spent over 20 years in the automotive industry, where he says the most important thing he learned was about building relationships, which Cory says is so important in the cannabis industry.

In January of 2020, Cory opened Mood Cannabis Co, with 2 retail stores in Nanaimo BC.

With a strong passion in the cannabis industry Cory embraces the opportunity of working together with other retailers to advocate for policy changes that we can all benefit from.
